How does Moxie Money actually work?
Every month your $99.99 membership converts into $99.99 of Moxie Money credit on your account. You spend those credits on any Moxie service - blowouts, color, treatments, extensions, lashes - plus retail products. On top of the credit, you get 10% off every service and product, at every visit.
What is included with every membership?
Every membership includes: 10% off all services, 10% off retail products, unlimited services at member pricing, monthly Moxie Money credits, rollover of unused credits, and exclusive access to member-only events and offers.
Do my credits expire if I don't use them?
No. Unused Moxie Money credits automatically roll over into the next month, so you never lose value. Use them at your pace, on your schedule.
How do I redeem my member benefits after signup?
Just book your appointment as usual - online, in-app, or by calling your salon - and mention (or select) your membership at checkout. Your 10% discount and Moxie Money credits are applied automatically to your account.
Can I use my membership at any Moxie location?
Yes. Your credits, discounts, and member pricing are honored at all 50+ Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar locations nationwide. Perfect for travel, second homes, or visiting friends and family.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
Never. Moxie Money is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Pause or cancel anytime - your rolled-over credits remain yours to use on any completed final billing cycle.
Do Premium and VIP members get extra perks?
